It's been a moment! It's episodes like this that remind me to get back into the grind and remind me why I love creating podcasts. Today's episode reminds me why it's important to not only celebrate the highs and the lows throughout the week but to be vocal and share our thoughts and feelings about them. We all have an opportunity to learn and grow. We must share so one, we can don't hold onto any unwanted energies and secondly so that others learn through our experiences. If we didn't share how we felt the world would truly be a quiet place. This episode is a reminder to me, to keep going when faced with doubt and insecurity.

Today we went further into our journey of the 365 DAYS OF POSITIVITY. We took it all the way back to DAY 001 and talked about our thoughts, reflections and learnings from our very first post. Today we met Harrison Sanders, a man on a mission to run a total of 2300km across the length of the year in the hopes of raising the level, vibration and awareness around Mental Health, Alzheimer's and Epilepsy. Today we met Connor Pritchard, a creative who has grown to follow the beat of his own drum. Today we met Tom Grut, a fellow video and photo creative in the New Zealand music scene. We sat down and had a chat about how life is a big experiment, how everyone is just making it up and no matter what age you are, it's never too late to find what you want to do. Perfection is an unsustainable habit and maybe there is more to life than walking the lonely road towards mastery in one arena. In today's episode, we caught up with a fellow creative, Devan Narsai. You may have had remembered him from our previous episode where we talked about his journey as a photographer and videographer for the New Zealand fashion label I LOVE UGLY. Since then, he has taken a step back from the full-time job to experiment and see what opportunities he can create and what life has to offer. Today we talked about his experience as a social media manager for New Zealand's leading music band Six60 and his experiences being on tour as a photographer and videographer. Huggie is a force of energy and takes us through his journey travelling across the world. His stories include meeting new people, ending up in unexpected situations and creating the person we know as the powerhouse of positive energy - Huggie. The positivity was vibrating high in this session, we hope it inspires positive action

Today we introduced Anish Aya, a friend and teacher on a quest to learn and spread the knowledge of Vedanta. As a follow on from our previous episode, we asked Anish to help us understand destiny and how it plays its role in our lives and how we determine what it will be?
